Refund policy

No Return, No Refund & No Exchange Policy

All sales at JAGAN DRY FRUITS are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products once the order has been placed and confirmed.

Why we have this policy: Dry fruits and food products are perishable in nature. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Exceptions: We will only consider a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product received is nearing expiry or has already expired
  • You received the wrong item

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and your order details. We reserve the right to assess each case individually.
