Shipping & Delivery

Welcome to Jagan DryFruits!  Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with all the necessary information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs. We aim to ensure a seamless and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

Delivery is done through courier. On the day of dispatch, the shipping details will be sent to the recipient over their registered E-Mail ID.

We shall designate a service provider to deliver for row orders (more orders in the same area) within 10 - 15kms from our location; only after obtaining prior confirmation of the customer's availability, or the same shall be processed through courier service.  

Tamilnadu & Pondicherry 2-3 working days. Rest of India 5-7 working days.

We are committed to meeting your needs and delivering your order in a timely manner.

Our goal is to deliver your products within the estimated delivery time. However, due to unforeseen and uncontrollable logistical issues, we cannot be held responsible for any unplanned delays in the delivery of your order.

All public holidays, including Sundays, are shipping holidays. All orders placed after 5 p.m. on Saturdays, Public holidays and Sundays will be processed on the following working day.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to unavailability of customer or customer fails to respond calls, there will be a processing and return fee which will be determined based on the mode and distance of delivery attempt made. Once payment is received, the item will either be assigned for delivery again or the customer may arrange for self-pickup)
